As a final thought on beliefs, I just have a short post today, but you may need to invest a little time in actually doing it.
Ask yourself these 3 questions.
- What is it that you believe, that stops you achieving your goal? – e.g. “I can’t….”
- What would be a more empowering belief (one that is the positive opposite?)? – e.g. “I haven’t…………………. yet, but I can learn.”
- If you knew that this new belief were true, what ideas would you have now to help you towards your goal?
Close your eyes and imagine that it’s 2 years in the future and you’ve achieved your goal. Really picture yourself there. What advice would you give yourself today?
