Beliefs 3

As a final thought on beliefs, I just have a short post today, but you may need to invest a little time in actually doing it.

Ask yourself these 3 questions.

  1. What is it that you believe, that stops you achieving your goal? – e.g. “I can’t….”
  2. What would be a more empowering belief (one that is the positive opposite?)? – e.g. “I haven’t…………………. yet, but I can learn.”
  3. If you knew that this new belief were true, what ideas would you have now to help you towards your goal?


Close your eyes and imagine that it’s 2 years in the future and you’ve achieved your goal. Really picture yourself there. What advice would you give yourself today?
